Please include as much detail as possible:

• Source IP address or hostname
• Date and time (including timezone)
• Description of the incident
• Full logs, headers, or packet samples (if available)
• Your contact information for follow-up

Incomplete reports may delay processing.

Automated Abuse Reporting (ISPs / Providers)

We support automated abuse submissions. Please ensure:

• Reports are sent in plain text (no HTML-only emails)
• Include machine-readable data (e.g. ARF format / RFC 5965 if possible)
• Provide original headers for email-related abuse
• Avoid attachments when possible; inline logs preferred

Rate limits may apply to prevent abuse of this channel.

Response & Handling

We review all abuse reports and take appropriate action, which may include:

• Warning or suspension of the user
• Immediate shutdown of affected services
• Network-level mitigation measures
• Reporting to relevant authorities (if required)

We aim to respond to valid reports within 24–48 hours.
